NEW YORK FASHION WEEK: SPRING 2014

What really striked me when I was going through pictures of New York Fashion Week is that the models' makeup was kept really natural. Alot of bronze eyeshadow, foundation with light coverage was used. The makeup looks weren't too bold. Some of the designers went for bold lips like purple or orange while still keeping the rest of the face really neutral. There was always a pop of color on the face with the main goal of keeping everything else neutral. Here are some pictures.(Courtesy of HarpersBazaar).

A new celebrity duo is collaborating with M.A.C.

Sharon and Kelly Osbourne's limited edition make-up collection will be available in stores in June 2014. I can't wait to get the first looks of their collection. Kelly already shared a photo of the packaging of her lipstick.

I'll keep you guys updated!

M.A.C. X Rihanna For Viva Glam

Thank you Riri for sharing the first look of this sexy ad campaign for Viva Glam. The lipstick and lipglass will be available in late January (North America) and in February (Belgium). The lipstick looks more pink to me than red & it seems like it's a matte lipstick. Can't wait to see how it looks on me! Remember that every penny you spend on Viva Glam goes to the M.A.C. AIDS Fund to support people directly affected by HIV/AIDS.  To learn more about the MAC AIDS Fund visit this website.
