Beyoncé: The Visual Album

Beyoncé, Yoncé , Yoncé.... She amazes me everytime. She's the only one who can release an album without any promotion and sell millions of it. The Album was released on Friday the 13th. Sold 80,000 copies in in  three hours out in the world (at $15.99 a pop). 350,000 copies over the course of Friday, and another 120,000 on Saturday. !! She managed to break the 2013 sales records. Only Beyoncé can do this I mean she literally dropped the album out of nowhere!

The album has 14 songs and 17 videos! This time Beyoncé decided to show more skin. The lyrics on this album are so provocative never knew she'd make an album like this but I actually really love it! This is the first album I've ever bought (iTunes) & I love it!!

Thanks for the Christmas gift Bey!

Rihanna Hearts M.A.C. Holiday Collection 2013

After all the buzz around this collection I finally got my hands on these products! When I went to the nearest M.A.C. store almost everything was sold out! I bought one of the last bronzers and this brown/pinkish lipstick called "Bad Girl Riri" & offcourse "Riri Woo" was sold out!! Fortunately my co-worker told me to call the other M.A.C store where they still had a few lipsticks left & had it put aside for me! I convinced my boyfriend to go buy it for me hihi! Now I'm the proud owner of  "Bad Girl Riri" , "Riri Woo" & the "Love, Rihanna" bronzing powder.

Here are the swatches! Left: Bad Girl Riri , Right: Riri Woo.

Bad Girl Riri is more creamy and has more of a sheen to it than Riri Woo. Both lipsticks are very pigmented, easy to apply and don't make your lips feel dry. (Ps: they smell SOO GOOD!)

I would not recommend the bronzing powder to people with a darker skintone. I tried to make swatch for you guys but it didn't show on my skin. So I'm just going to use this for my clients with a lighter skintone since this is better suited for them.

My Natural Hair Care

These two products are the reason why I love my washday! I wash my hair every sunday or saturday. This conditioner by Herbal Essences is called Bee Strong. It has no sulfates or sillicone in it (which I'm really excited about) and contains honey y'all! The product works amazingly well on my hair. Before I put conditioner in my hair I detangle my hair with a wide tooth comb, and section my hair. After that I saturate it with water (I use a spraybottle for this) and apply conditioner to that section. I then take my denman brush and further detangle my hair. You can also keep detangling your hair with your fingers while you're applying your conditioner. When I'm done putting conditioner on my hair. I take the olive oil and run it through all the sections of my hair. After 15 min I rinse out the conditioner with lukewarm water! It's important to wash your hair with lukewarm or cold water, hot water can cause your scalp to dry out which also causes you to have alot of dandruff! Nobody wants that! When all the conditioner is washed out I apply olive oil to my hair and wash the excess of oil out of my hair. This method works wonders for me! It makes my hair feel really soft.

When I've had braids or a sew in, which makes it difficult to wash my hair properly, I wash my hair with this shampoo to get rid of the build up. This is by Schwarzkopf and is sulfate and silicone free. I love this. It smells so good and makes it easy to detangle my hair. I first wash my hair with this then I condition my hair and that's about it.

I hope this was helpfull to you.
